The problem

Landlords managing multiple units still rely on messaging threads, paper receipts and manual rent tracking. Tenants miss payment deadlines and landlords lose visibility into arrears until it is too late to act.

Our approach

We designed VersaRent as a mobile-first platform where landlords onboard properties from their phone, tenants receive push reminders and payments reconcile automatically against unit ledgers. Supabase RLS ensures each landlord only sees their own portfolio.

Outcome

Beta with 3 pilot landlords. Average rent collection time dropped from 12 days to 4 days after automated reminders. Full launch planned Q4 2026 with a tenant self-service portal.
